On Thursday 28th September, we hosted our 3rd cookbook club and like the previous ones we did – it was GREAT! We discussed current news on health and nutrition and discussed practical steps we can do to optimise our nutrition.
We specifically focused on the importance of consuming at least 2 portions of fish a week and opting for wholegrain options when it comes to basing meals on starchy carbohydrates.
Having said this, we then cooked a healthy and super quick dish – Mixed seafood wholemeal spaghetti (recipe below).
We will not be running next month’s and November cookbook club but we will be hosting a Christmas special cookbook club in December! More information will be provided soon – please subscribe to our blog so that we can keep you updated.
