Exploring the link between nutrition, physical activity and health outcomes, Enhlife presents a platform to educate and encourage individuals on how they can obtain an optimal nutritional status and enhance their physical health.
Tai Ibitoye, BSc (Hons), MSc, FRSPH is the Content Creator of Enhlife. She is also a Nutrition Consultant and Researcher, with a background in Forensic Science. Whilst previously working her way towards becoming a Senior Digital Forensic Investigator, she developed a passion for health and nutrition and decided to utilise her analytical skills obtained from her first degree to investigate the connections between diet and diseases.
Further, since graduating with a Master degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Surrey, Tai has become an avid advocate for good nutrition with experience working in various settings from acute to community. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public health and a member of the UK Faculty of Public Health. She has also contributed nutrition-related articles to magazines and online sites such as The Huffington Post.
